Care
All of our sterling silver jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver. Each piece is finished with a rhodium coating, which adds extra brilliance and protects against scratches and tarnish.
With regular wear, this rhodium layer can gradually fade, especially on pieces that are handled or worn often. If this happens, a light polish of the silver underneath will help bring back its shine. Please note that all metals oxidise naturally over time and will require care and maintenance.
Do not spray perfume directly onto your jewellery and avoid harsh chemicals.
Avoid impact with hard surfaces. This will protect against scratching and chipping.
Shipping
We offer both standard and express shipping Australia Wide. All orders are sent directly to you from Australia. All Australian orders are posted with Australia Post. International orders are sent with Australia Registered Post which is then converted to your local postal service according to your delivery origin
Warranty & Returns
Warranty
Lalume offers all customers three months warranty for all faulty jewellery from date of purchase.
Faulty jewellery includes; Broken Clasp/Stones, manufacturer error that inhibits the proper use of the jewellery and discolouring - does not include fading from use in water.
All transactions outside the three month warranty period can not be returned or exchanged due to faults. We can not accept returns/exchanges for lost items.
Returns
Kindly note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict the return of earrings, therefore, we can't accept returns and exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewellery.
How To Make A Return
1. If you wish to request a return, please email hello@lalumethelabel.com with your reason for the change of mind and your online order number.
2. If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s.
3. Once your return is received by Lalume The Label and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.
