All orders are sent directly to you from Australia. Orders within Australia are a flat-fee of $10 AUD. All Australian orders are posted with Australia Post. International orders are sent with Australia Registered Post which is then converted to your local postal service according to your delivery origin.

Kindly note that Health and Hygiene Laws restrict thereturnof earrings, therefore, we can't acceptreturnsand exchanges of any earrings and pierced jewellery. 

How To Make A Return

1. If you wish to request a return, please email hello@lalumethelabel.comwith your reason for the change of mind and your online order number. 

2. If your return is approved, you will be given return information via an email reply, however, it is important to note that (unless deemed faulty) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose between a refund back to the exact and original payment method or an online credit to the purchase value of the product/s. 

3. Once your return is received by Lalume The Label and inspected, we will send you a courtesy email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item/s.
